We kindly request our customers to inspect their order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if there are any issues with the physical frame that contains their art. Our team will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. We understand how important it is to our customers to preserve their wedding bouquets, and we take this responsibility very seriously.
Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure all orders are delivered in top condition, damages can occur during shipping. In this case, we kindly request that our customers contact us within three days of receiving their order, accompanied by photos of the damage.
